Meet the Team

Mountain State Emergency Services Consulting LLC was founded by Brandon Jones to help fire departments, EMS agencies, and public safety organizations improve operations, secure funding, and strengthen organizational readiness.

With more than a decade of experience in emergency services, Brandon currently serves as Fire Chief and Director of EMS. His background includes fire service leadership, EMS administration, critical care transport, grant development, ISO improvement initiatives, pre-incident planning, and organizational development.

Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in EMS Administration and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Public Administration. He is a Nationally Registered Paramedic (NRP) and Flight Paramedic-Certified (FP-C).

His philosophy is simple: provide practical solutions, measurable results, and real-world experience to help organizations succeed.
